ROOKIE'S MISTAKES

You been in this workplace for years now but you still do rookie's mistakes. Sometimes, it cost your company in jeopardy...The big man, the boss, has to fix it and puzzled why his employee is making these particular mistakes. Well lately, I'm that employee. I don't want to be that person at all and for some reason, I lack confidence within myself and don't think wisely when talking to guests. I'm out of focus and I don't care what people say, "Words do hurt."

Praying for encouragement and not worry about the tomorrows. Lord, guide and direct me to the right path at my workplace. May I don't put out a bad attitude and think of this as a negative but may I continue to live on to love others no matter what and pray the management see what I see. A girl who has that confidence and who will be on top of things.
