What's the best day to celebrate life? How about this one? Today. Right now. We should rejoice for a grand and glorious God that is far beyond human understanding. We should give thanks to our Creator when we treasure each day.
I know for a fact my Fiancee cherish every minute of his life. He never wants to put drama but peace & harmony in his life. He wants to enjoy what God gave him. A job, a fiancee (me), a family, friends, and so on.
As I read his blog all day (a special day because he managed to go to the Dodger press box), I realized how much my Fiance's passion for the Dodgers & how important it is to him. I have to admit for awhile I never liked his passion for them...I thought it was quite ridiculous. I mean, he would yell and scream for his love & frustration as we watch the Dodgers on TV.
Yet, I noticed something as he blog his 1st time being in the Dodger press box with all the other journalists...he was happy. He was truly happy. He was blessed to be chosen to be out there and met the manager & players face to face. God gave him a gift, an opportunity and he took it.
I've been praying for him to be happy lately. I don't say it often or express it but I am also happy and blessed to have a guy like him in my life. God gave me a gift, an opportunity to say & express my feelings & I'm going to take it.
P.S. My family's dog, Milo, has passed away. He had liver cancer and even if he's just a dog, my family said he did his best to live on. In fact, he was able to eat, walk, and play around in the backyard. Prayers to Grandma, Mama, Dad, Bro, Sis.
